ORDER granting 516 . On August 3, 2026, Defendants filed an Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Pretrial Memorandum. See Dkt. No. 516. Defendants seek to continue the August 6, 2026 deadline to file Pretrial Memorandum pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.1(f)(2) to August 13, 2026 for both sides. Id. at 2. In support, Defendants state that "[l]ead counsel for Defendants, Jason Stearns, is currently engaged in an active trial on another matter in the Southern District of California... and it is expected trial in that case will continue until after the day after the current deadline to file Pretrial Memorandums." Id. Defendants note that "Plaintiff agrees to the relief sought in this motion and consents to a one-week extension for both sides." Id.
Good cause appearing, Defendants' motion is GRANTED. The parties' deadline to file Pretrial Memorandum pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.1(f)(2) is August 13, 2026.
