Stipulation and Order of Dismissal
STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL: WHEREAS the parties have made and entered into a Settlement Agreement dated as of March 12, 2026 ("Settlement Agreement"), the parties, by their undersigned attorneys of record, stipulate as follows: 1. This action shall be dismissed with prejudice, and each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. 2. Notwithstanding the dismissal of this action, the Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter and the parties hereto for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the Settlement Agreement annexed hereto and entering a judgment pursuant to the terms thereof should an Event of Default arise thereunder.
