The parties shall complete fact discovery by 01/15/2027 with a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery due 01/22/2027. The parties shall complete all discovery by 11/05/2027 with a joint status report certifying the close of all discovery due by 11/15/2027. See attached for relevant deadlines.
By 09/04/2026, the parties shall file a joint status report (not exceeding three pages) on their progress with discovery, and settlement discussions.
