ORDER OF DISMISSAL 120 by Judge Monica Ramirez Almadani that: (1) All of Fundamentum's counterclaims against Wicker and all of Wicker's counterclaims/crossclaims against Fundamentum and SDI shall be dismissed with prejudice. (2) All of SDI's claims against Corporate Defendants shall be dismissed with prejudice, and all of Fundamentum's counterclaims against SDI and Mohiuddin shall be dismissed with prejudice. (3) All of Fundamentum's counterclaims against Manhattan Biz shall be dismissed with prejudice. (4) Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs in connection with the dismissed claims. (5) There being no claims remaining in this action, the action is hereby dismissed in its entirety. (6) The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the action for the limited purpose of enforcing the settlement agreement between Fundamentum and Manhattan Biz. (jp)
