Order
TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Mr. Meyers's June 15, 2026 letter [D.E. 214]. As concerns the Final Pretrial Order, the Final Pretrial Conference will continue and be completed on July 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. See Order, April 13, 2026, D.E. 213. In view of the many attempts by this Court to finalize and enter the Final Pretrial Order, and the Court's intention to do so at the July 27th conference, all counsel are advised as follows: (1) the parties must submit the revised version of the Final Pretrial Order by July 17, 2026; (2) the revised version must contain both the revisions previously ordered by the Court, and any revisions that counsel intend to make (see, e.g., Order, Feb. 18, 2026, D.E. 208), and (3) once this revised version is submitted, no further amendments or revisions will be permitted absent a demonstration of manifest injustice and prior due diligence. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer on 6/16/2026. (Hammer, Michael)
