Hilton's motion to conduct jurisdictional discove1y is DENIED as moot. Hilton 9;s request for expedited discove1y is DENIED. In his second amended complaint, Hilton should focus on the claims that he legitimately believes meet the law's requirements, and he should back them up with plausible factual allegations.
