Text Order ~Util - Set Hearings
TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's "notice of intent to join additional parties" (ECF No. 223 ). The Court will construe the notice as a request to amend the Fourth Amended Complaint to add additional Defendants. For the sake of judicial efficiency, and pursuant to its inherent discretion to manage its docket, see Gerald Chamales Corp. v. Oki Data Americas, Inc., 247 F.R.D. 453, 454 (D.N.J. 2007), the Court will DENY Plaintiff's request until the pending motions to dismiss at Dkt. Nos. 187-88, 190-91, 193, 197-98, and 200, are resolved. In the event of dismissal without prejudice, Plaintiff may seek leave to include the proposed Defendants in an amended complaint. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jose R. Almonte on 4/72026. (akw, )
