PAPERLESS ORDER Striking 46 Paperless Order Denying Plaintiff's Expedited Motion for Preliminary Injunction ("Order") and Setting Briefing Schedule. The Court's review of the record indicates that the 43 Return of Service as to the Florida Supreme Court was docketed moments after the Court's Order was submitted for processing.
Accordingly, the Court finds that service has been properly effectuated as to all Defendants and Plaintiff's 44 Expedited Motion for Preliminary Injunction ("Motion") is hereby REINSTATED. Defendants shall submit a combined response to Defendant's Motion on or before July 6, 2026. Plaintiff is permitted to file a reply within seven (7) days after Defendants file their response.
