Order
ORDER DIRECTING ACTIONS RELATIVE TO PAPERS FILED BY/ON BEHALF OF PLAINTIFFS AND DIRECTING REGISTRATION AS CM/ECF USERS. It now appearing from the record that the Plaintiffs may no longer reside in the same place of abode with one another, it is ORDERED that all papers filed by Plaintiffs (so long as they are self-represented and not represented by counsel) must be signed by both Plaintiffs consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. Further, both Plaintiffs shall become and remain registered users of the Court's CM/ECF electronic docketing system, such that they each receive directly electronic service of papers of record in this case. However, any paper filed on behalf of Plaintiffs signed by both of them need only be filed once, in the same fashion as would be case with a paper filed by a counseled party who has distinct co- counsel. Signed by Judge Mark R. Hornak on 7/10/26. Text-only entry; no PDF document will issue. This text-only entry constitutes the Order of the Court or Notice on the matter. (bdb)
