ARBITRATION AWARD (Granting Motion to Submit to Arbitration; Finding for Defendant on Breach of Contract Claim) The Court GRANTS the 80 MOTION Liquidated Damages for Confidentiality Breach filed by Weightpack, Inc. as to referral SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's substantive request for a finding of breach and $25,000 in liquidated damages. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. For these reasons, the undersigned finds in favor of Defendant. In accordance with the Settlement Agreement, Defendant's costs, to include reasonable attorneys' fees, shall be borne by Plaintiff. No further action will be taken on this issue.
