SCHEDULING NOTICE TEXT ENTRY ONLY by Judge Anne Hwang. NOTICE AND ORDER TO ALL PARTIES. The Court has reviewed the Stipulation to Continue Trial. Dkt. No. 28 . The parties do not set forth with specificity sufficient good cause to justify the request. See Johnson v. Mammoth Recreations, Inc., 975 F.2d 604, 609 (9th Cir. 1992); see also Standing Order, Dkt. No. 9 , at G3. In particular, the parties only state in conclusory fashion that an expert will be unavailable for most of October of 2026, that counsel has back-to-back trials from November through December of 2026, and that counsel is unavailable from May through mid-June of 2027.
