ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Judgment is ENTERED in favor of Plaintiff VW Credit Leasing, Ltd. and against Defendant The Borough of State College, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $200.00 as full and complete compensation for all damages recoverable by Plaintiff in this action, other than any attorneys' fees that may be awarded after an appropriate application. Plaintiff's claim, if any, for attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 or any other applicable authority is RESERVED.
