Order(Other) ~Util - Set Hearings
ORDER. Because the parties failed to return the executed Consent to Magistrate Judge Jurisdiction form, the case has been reassigned to the undersigned. If that was either or both of their intent, that is their right, but if they merely overlooked the date, they can file the form by 7/21/2026 and the case will be reassigned back to Judge Tiscione.
If the case remains before the undersigned, then defendant's letter 10 is deemed to constitute its motion to dismiss and the premotion conference is waived. Plaintiff's opposition is due 7/29/2026. On 8/5/2026 at 1:00 pm, the Court will hold an Initial Status Conference and entertain oral argument on the motion by video. A ZoomGov link will be emailed to counsel of record. See attached mandatory requirements for the initial conference. Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 7/15/2026. (PW)
