EO: The Court adjusts the briefing schedule for 23 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (MSJ) in light of 25 Defendants' Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Cross-MSJ).
Plaintiff may file a combined reply memorandum in support of its MSJ and opposition memorandum to the Cross-MSJ no later than 9/8/2026. If Plaintiff chooses to file separate reply and opposition memoranda, both are due on 9/8/2026.
Defendants' reply memorandum to the Cross-MSJ is due on 9/23/2026.
The Court will consider the MSJ and Cross-MSJ together.
