USCA Order
COURT ORDER of USCA as to 35 Notice of Appeal filed by Abby G. Robinson, Ricky E. Robinson. IT IS ORDERED that Appellants' motion to supplement the record is GRANTED IN PART. Appellants noticed an appeal of an adversary proceeding in their bankruptcy case to the district court. Shortly thereafter, Appellants designated the items to be included in the appellate record. See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8009(a). The bankruptcy clerk filed the record in the district court in October 2023. Those items are each in the appellate record in the instant appeal. Since then, further proceedings occurred in the bankruptcy court on remand from the district court. See Bridgewater Owners Ass'n, Inc. v. Robinson, Ch. 7 Case No. 20-1600, Adv. Proc. No. 20-49 ECF Nos. 14370 (S.D. Miss. Bankr.). The clerk of court is directed to supplement the record on appeal with these filings.
