    ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on the Special Litigation Committee of the Board of Exelon Corporation's motion seeking Final Approval of a derivative settlement 279 , and the motions seeking service and fee awards filed by Settling Shareholders Michael Dybas, William Grunze, and Benjamin Wax (who supported the settlement), 276 , and by Opposing Shareholders James Clem, Coral Springs Police Officers' Pension Plan, Donna M. Nicosia, Melvin Peller, and Pinchas E. Raul (who opposed the settlement), 268 . For the reasons explained more fully in the Final Approval Order, the Court finds that the settlement remains fair and reasonable and in the best interests of the company, and thus grants the motion for final approval 279 . Enter Final Approval Order. The Court also grants Settling Shareholders' motion for service awards and fees 276 and denies Opposing Shareholders' motion for service awards and fees. Consistent with the Stipulation and Settlement, the Court awards Settling Shareholders a combined award of $10 million, to cover service awards to Plaintiffs Dybas, Grunze, and Wax in the amount of $5,000 each, with the remainder going to counsel for fees and expenses.
