TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE set for 12/16/2026 at 02:30 PM in LEXINGTON before Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett. Parties should contact chambers 1 day prior to obtain call info. 6. Identity expert witnesses by 2/2/2027. Rebuttal expert disclosures by 3/4/2027. 7. All expert discovery by 4/5/2027. 8. Dispositive & Daubert motions by 5/5/2027. 9. Discovery disputes shall be resolved as set forth in Paragraph 5 of Judge Boom's Standing Case Management & Referral Order. 10. Motion practice shall be governed by Local Rule 7.1 except as otherwise provided in this order. 11. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification is disfavored & will occur only under the standards & mechanics of Rule 16 &/or Rule 6, as applicable. 12.
