Slaughter: The Court, having been advised that the parties have settled 17 , ORDERS all proceedings in this case STAYED and TAKEN OFF CALENDAR. This case is hereby REMOVED from the Court's active caseload. The parties shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal or stipulation of dismissal in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1) no later than June 28, 2026. If no dismissal is filed, the Court shall deem the matter dismissed at that time. The Court retains jurisdiction to vacate this Order and reopen the case upon a written showing of good cause that the settlement has not been completed.
