Order on Motion to Dismiss
Minute Order by Judge Jinsook Ohta: On December 19, 2025, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. Dkt. 197. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties. Because the parties have jointly stipulated to dismissal, the Court GRANTS the parties' joint motion to dismiss [Dkt. 197] and DISMISSES this entire action with prejudice. Each side shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees. The Clerk of the Court is directed to CLOSE the case. Signed by Judge Jinsook Ohta on 1/9/2026. (mk)
