1 - Terminate Hearings
The Court thanks the parties for submitting the joint status letter filed at ECF No. 227. In light of the information reported therein, the Court finds that there is no need for the telephone conference that had been scheduled for Monday, August 24, at 9:30 a.m. Accordingly, the August 24 telephone conference is cancelled. As soon as reasonably practicable, Plaintiffs shall advise Defendant as to whether Plaintiffs deem any of the outstanding RFPs and/or 30(b)(6) items resolved.
