ELECTRONIC ORDER denying 811 Motion for Reconsideration Before the Court is Defendant Timothy Barton's Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's Order requiring Barton to seek leave of the Court prior to filing a motion. (Doc. 811 ). As the Court outlined in its previous Order, (Doc. 858 ), Barton has flooded the Court with frivolous, overlapping motions, forcing the Receiver to deplete the Receivership's funds to respond to them. Granting Barton free rein to file anything he wishes would not help the receivership estate or managing judicial resources. The Court DENIES Barton's motion.
