Plaintiff shall transmit its settlement demand to Defendant no later than September 14, 2026, and Defendant shall respond to that demand by September 25, 2026; and 3. The parties may submit a confidential, supplemental settlement memorandum directly to the Settlement Magistrate Judge's chambers no later than September 30, 2026. The supplemental memos are optional, may be brief, and would only be intended to provide the Settlement Magistrate Judge with additional information that the party/ies believe would assist at the second settlement conference.
