MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS): ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson DENYING 661 Motion to Quash Summons filed by Defendant Toyota Motor Corporation. For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has properly served Toyota-Japan with the Summons and Fourth Amended Complaint by serving Toyota-USA as Toyota-Japan's general manager. The Court therefore denies Toyota-Japan's Motion to Quash Service of Summons. Toyota-Japan shall file its response to the Fourth Amended Complaint by June 10, 2013. (pso)
