Certified Copy of Order from USCA on 9/14/2026 as to 600 Notice of Appeal, filed by Tenerife Real Estate Holdings, LLC; "We must, of course, accord deference to the district court's interpretation of the wording of its own order." Harvey v. Johanns, 494 F.3d 237, 242 (1st Cir. 2007). Accordingly, we consider it prudent in this circumstance to remand to the District Court to clarify what conduct, if any, is enjoined by these portions of the injunction, and to address the basis for enjoining such conduct even after the sale and transfer of substantially all the proceeds. Accordingly, this case is REMANDED to the District Court for further proceedings consistent with this order. This Court retains jurisdiction pending the District Court's further action. (idg)
