Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Mark A. Beatty: Status Conference held on 6/18/2026. Attorney Derek Siegel appears on behalf of Plaintiffs. Attorney Kathryn Boyle appears on behalf of Defendants. The parties discuss the status of discovery and indicate they have exchanged written discovery and have scheduled the Plaintiffs' depositions for June 19, 2026. The parties indicated that they are working to schedule the deposition of the Defendants and a few additional fact witnesses. The Court will set this for a status conference near the close of discovery to check in with the parties regarding the progress on discovery. (Court Reporter Liberty Recording.)
