ENDORSED ORDER granting the parties' 467 Joint Motion to Direct Clerk to Release Funds from Registry of Court for the reasons stated in the motion. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to release 80% of the funds in the Court Registry to Plaintiffs, and the remaining 20% to Defendant in the manner outlined in the motion, including any interest that may have accrued since the motion was filed. Plaintiffs are also hereby directed to record a satisfaction of the instant judgment in the Hillsborough County public records and to terminate the judgment lien certifications filed with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.
