By September 29, 2026, if necessary, Defendant Delta Air Lines Inc. shall file its response. The next status conference will take place on October 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., in-person if there are discovery disputes, by telephone if there are not. Any party raising an affirmative discovery dispute must file a letter no later than October 1, 2026; any responsive letters must be filed no later than October 6, 2026.
