   TEXT ORDER. A status conference was held with the parties regarding the status of discovery in this action after the conviction and sentencing of Defendant Baldner. Counsel confirm that the transcripts of the criminal trials have now been provided. Further, counsel will coordinate with the DOCCS facility the presently houses Defendant Baldner regarding an in-person deposition. The request by Defendant Baldner's counsel to defer that deposition until the end of discovery is denied. The deadline for discovery in this case is reset to January 29, 2027. Dispositive motions, if any, are to be filed by March 12, 2027. Plaintiffs' expert reports are due on or before October 31, 2026, and Defendants' expert reports are due 45 days thereafter. Counsel has requested, and the Court agrees, that to the extent possible discovery in this matter should be coordinated with the presently pending Court of Claims matter. SO ORDERED.
