MINUTE entry before the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr: The Court previously entered civil contempt and payment orders against Respondent Stevanovich 186 , 226 based on violation of a Turnover Order requiring Stevanovich to pay approximately $1.9 million to the Trustee for property Stevanovich had embezzled from the judgment debtor, Capital Strategies Fund. The payment order required Stevanovich to make monthly payments of $33,000 from monthly income of $50,000 he was receiving for serving as the manager of an entity that managed an aircraft lease (Compass Point Aviation). Shortly before Stevanovich died on February 14, 2026, he resigned from CPA and caused CPA to transfer its rights and obligations under the Investment Management Agreement to another company, Altemere. The Trustee sought to void this transaction as a fraudulent transfer and to preliminarily enjoin payment of the monthly management fee to Altemere 247 , but the Court denied that motion, finding that CPA, rather than Stevanovich, was entitled to the management fee 286 . As a result, neither Stevanovich nor his estate now receives any portion of the monthly management fee. Accordingly, Stevanovich's motion to modify or vacate this Court's order directing payment of a portion of Stevanovich's monthly income 229 to the Trustee is denied as moot.
