ORDER re Defendant Blakey's Motions 109 121 126 and Government's Motion to Continue Trial and Govern Further Proceedings 125 . The Court hereby finds and ORDERS: (1) The Government's Motion to Continue Trial and Govern Further Proceedings 125 is GRANTED. The trial date set for 8/31/2026 is hereby vacated and continued until a date in the future to be set by the Court. The deadlines for a pre-trial order and trial materials are also vacated. No later than fourteen (14) days after the Court issues final rulings on 84 85 105 110 and 111 the parties shall submit a joint motion to govern further proceedings, proposing new dates for an agreed pre-trial order, trial materials, pre-trial conference, and trial. This motion shall include each party's position on whether trial remains necessary and how many trial days shall be needed. In the event the parties are unable to agree on the contents of a joint motion, the parties may separately submit competing motions to govern. Such motions also must be filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after rulings on the above-listed pending docket entries. Defendant Blakey's Cross-Motion 126 is DENIED.
