(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE: ADR PROCEDURE SELECTION 53 by Magistrate Judge Daniel S. Roberts. The Court has received and reviewed the parties' ADR Procedures Selection Request, filed October 5, 2026. Doc. No. 53 . Therein, the parties request the Court approve ADR Procedure No. 1, a settlement conference with the assigned Magistrate Judge. Id. The Court notes, however, that the issue of ADR selection was discussed at the Scheduling Conference on June 2, 2026, and the Court already approved at that conference the parties' request for ADR Procedure No. 2, a mediation with a member of the Court's Mediation Panel. See Doc. No. 43 at 7:22-27. The parties have not, yet, filed their Form ADR-02 Stipulation Regarding Selection of Panel Mediator, however. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Third Amended Complaint is already on the Court's calendar for October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The Court also will conduct a status conference at that date and time to discuss with the parties this issue of their ADR Procedure Selection.
