PAPERLESS ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on the Honorable David S. Leibowitz's referral at docket entry 11 of this case for a settlement conference. The parties must confer about their availability to attend a settlement conference. By no later than September 22, the parties must file a joint notice that sets forth at least three dates and times during the weeks of November 16 and November 23 when they are available to attend a settlement conference. The joint notice must also indicate whether the parties prefer that the settlement conference be held in person or via Zoom Videoconference.
