Status Conference Order on Motion to Seal Document
Minute entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Clay H. Kaminsky: A telephone status conference was held on July 20, 2026. Plaintiff appeared pro se; Irene Oria and Alejandro Perez appeared on behalf of Defendants.
The Court granted Defendants' 68 motion to seal. The Court will place Defendants' status report 66 under seal; Defendants shall refile a redacted version of that document on the public docket. Defendants shall also file an unredacted version of their 68 motion under seal. Instructions on filing sealed documents on ECF are located at www.nyed.uscourts.gov.
The parties were directed to meet and confer on the production of documents discussed at the conference and file a joint status letter by August 4, 2026. The Court will address the issue of further depositions, if any, following the resolution of all outstanding written discovery issues.
