Prior to the hearing, the parties must consult the "Guidelines for Zoom Courtroom Proceedings" on the Court's website. Failure to comply with the Guidelines may result in future requests for Zoom appearances being denied. If another party wishes to appear via Zoom, they must notify this Court via email at MEMF_Chambers@cacd.uscourts.gov, by no later than 5 PM on June 24, 2026. IT IS SO ORDERED.
