Next, the Court DENIES Defendant Hamere Gossaye's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Doc. 11 . The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to terminate Defendants City of Forest Park, Georgia, Officer A.A. Frederick, and Chief Brandon Criss from the docket. Finally, the Court ORDERS the remaining Defendants Keisha Sandra Green, Hamere Gossaye, and JB's Billiards & Bar, LLC to file a renewed Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan within 14 DAYS of the entry of this order.
