Pre Motion Conference
MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: Andrew Laskin, Esq., Stefanie Soriano, Esq., and Carmen Giordano, Esq. appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs. Andrew Showers, Esq. appeared on behalf of Defendants Consolidated Edison, Inc. and Consolidated Edison Company of New York (collectively, "ConEd Defendants"). Andres Camacho, Esq. appeared on behalf of Third Party Ljupjco Jordanov. An attorney from Mr. Showers's law firm, Patrick Brophy, Esq., was also present.
The parties were heard on the issues raised in 100 the parties joint letter and 102 Plaintiffs pre-motion conference request.
Ms. Yatanar's medical examinations by ConEd Defendant's orthopedic spine surgeon and neurologist are scheduled for November 5 and 6, 2026. Any additional examinations or changes to the schedule must be based on discussion between counsel which reasonably considers the availability of both Ms. Yatanar and ConEd Defendants' experts.
Plaintiffs' request for sanctions is denied. (Joint Letter at 3, 100 .) ConEd Defendants agreed to produce an additional Rule 30(b)(6) witness.

Order on Motion to Adjourn Conference 1 - Terminate Hearings
ORDER granting 103 Motion to Adjourn Conference. The parties' 100 Joint Letter and 102 Request for Pre-Motion Conference regarding the independent medical evaluation scheduling will be discussed at the Pre-Motion Conference scheduled for September 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. by telephone before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo.
The parties are directed to call toll free (571) 353 2301 and input the Access Code 152 066 497 at the time of the conference. Once all parties are on the line, the call will be connected.
