Stipulation of Dismissal - aty
STIPULATION of Dismissal by Ana R. Medina (Perez, Juan)
- Order (PAPERLESS or pdf attached)
PAPERLESS ORDER to show cause why Plaintiff failed to comply with 68 by filing a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice. Per its previous 69 Order, the Court required that Plaintiff file a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice. On June 23, 2026, Plaintiff filed a 70 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice by June 18, 2026. However, [ECF No.70] was not authorized by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) because Defendant previously had filed a motion for summary judgment. [ECF No. 21]. The Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause by June 26, 2026, why she did not comply with its prior order [ECF No. 69]. Alternatively and in lieu of showing cause, Plaintiff may cure her noncompliance with 68 by filing a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice by June 26, 2026. Signed by Judge Ed Artau (mdn)
