MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gabriel A. Fuentes: In view of the district court's having denied (doc. #s 572 , 573 ) plaintiff's motion to stay proceedings (doc. # 557 ) and plaintiff's motion to reconsider (doc. # 556 ): (1) the motion to stay as presented before the magistrate judge (doc. # 557 ) is terminated as having been decided; (2) the plaintiff's recently filed motion for hearing (doc. # 571 ) is denied as moot and unnecessary; (3) the Court's previous orders to the parties to prepare for the remainder of the fact depositions by the 8/31/26 fact cutoff (doc. #s 561 , 562 ) stands, as the Court entered those orders on 7/13/26 to give the parties the time and notice they would need to prepare for those depositions to be completed on time in the event that the reconsideration motion was denied; (4) the deposition schedules for plaintiff and Bell stand as agreed by the parties in their status report (doc. # 569 ), and the parties are directed to supply the courtroom deputy with a video link for supervision of the Walker deposition on 8/25/26 and 8/27/26; and (5) the joint motion to set an expert discovery schedule (doc. # 555 ) is terminated as having been decided on 7/7/26 (doc. # 560 ) when the magistrate correctly anticipated that fact discovery would close on time on 8/31/26, and the schedule in that order stands.
