   MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Mark C. Scarsi: ORDER RE DEFENDANT SUPER MAGNIFICENT COFFEE COMPANY IRELAND LTD MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION 15 ; AND PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STAY ARBITRATION 25 . The Court deems both motions appropriate for decision without further briefing or oral argument and vacates the hearing on the motion to stay the AAA arbitration scheduled for July 20, 2026. The Court grants Defendant's motion to compel arbitration and denies Plaintiffs motion to stay the pending AAA arbitration. The Court orders Plaintiff to submit its claims against Defendant to arbitration pursuant to the terms of the arbitration agreement, which it may do within the pending arbitration proceeding before the AAA, Case No. 01-25-0004-9783. See 9 U.S.C. § 5. The case is stayed in its entirety pending resolution of the arbitration. See 9 U.S.C. § 3. Defendant's request for attorney's fees and costs is denied. The Court directs the Clerk to remove the case from the Courts active caseload until further application by the parties or order of this Court. The parties shall file a joint status report within 120 days, and a further report every 120 days thereafter. Each report must state on the cover page the date the next report is due.
