MINUTE entry before the Honorable Mary M. Rowland: Status hearing held. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time to complete discovery 184 is granted. Plaintiff to depose Defendant's expert on or before 10/16/26. Plaintiff's motion to renew statutory interest 181 is denied without prejudice. This matter is to be briefed as part of pretrial briefing. On 9/10/25 Plaintiff filed an emergency motion to continue the trial date for counsel's personal reasons 160 . Under the circumstances, Plaintiffs agreed to stay the accrual of statutory pretrial interest. At the time the trial was set for 2/23/26.
