Costs Taxed
COSTS TAXED by the Clerk of Court in the amount of $29,037.67 against Defendant Raymond Corporation and in favor of Plaintiff Adelaida Anderson re 446 Order, (mas).
Order
ORDER: Before the Court is 445 Stipulation to Tax Costs and Stay Enforcement Pending Appeal filed by the parties in this action. The parties indicate that they have reached an agreement on the amount of costs to be taxed in exchange for an agreement that enforcement would be stayed pending resolution of Defendant Raymond Corporation's appeal. (See Doc. 445). The parties agree that costs should be taxed against Defendant Raymond Corporation and in favor of Plaintiff Anderson in the amount of $29,037.67 as provided in 413 Plaintiff's Bill of Costs. Therefore, Plaintiff Anderson's 413 Bill of Costs is ACCEPTED. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to tax Defendant Raymond Corporation in the amount of $29,037.67. However, per the parties' request in their 445 Stipulation to Tax Costs and Stay Enforcement Pending Appeal and for good cause shown, the Court stays all proceedings and vacates any deadlines relating to attorney fees, non-taxable expenses, or costs under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d) until the Defendant's appeal is finally concluded and is no longer subject to review by any court, whether by additional appeal, petitions for rehearing or re-argument, petitions for rehearing en banc, petitions for writ of certiorari, or otherwise. Signed by Judge Stephen P. McGlynn on 2/11/2025. (trf) THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.
