ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL: On September 12, 2025, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause, directing Appellants to show cause by September 19, 2025, why the Court should not dismiss the appeal pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. 8018(a)(4). ECF No. 7 . Appellants have failed to file a response. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. 8018(a)(4). ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: On July 24, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court certified that "the record is complete for purpose of appeal" and that "the designated records are available electronically." ECF No. 6 . Unless the Court "excuses the filing of briefs or sets a different time," Fed. R. Bank. P. 8018(a), the "appellant must serve and file a brief within 30 days after the docketing of notice that the record has been sent or that it is available electronically," Fed. R. Bank. P. 8018(a)(1). Appellants have not filed a brief within 30 days of July 24, 2025, and have not moved for an extension of time to file their brief. Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8018(a)(4) authorizes the Court to, "on its own notice," dismiss the appeal if Appellants "fail to file a brief on time[.]" Accordingly, Appellants shall show cause by 9/19/2025 why the Court should not dismiss the appeal pursuant to Fed.
