TEXT ORDER as to Terrance Prather: In light of the parties rescheduling a Plea hearing before Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford on 7/28/2026 at 11:00 AM, the Status Conference before Hon. Mark W. Pedersen shall be adjourned until 8/4/2026 at 1:30 PM. Time will continue to be excluded in the interests of justice pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161 (h)(7)(A) until the adjourn date of 8/4/2026, for the reasons stated in open Court on 6/26/2026 (ECF 59 Minute Entry). This appearance will be adjourned without further notice should the Plea Hearing take place on 7/28/2026, the Defendant plead guilty, and Chief Judge Wolford accept the plea of guilty. Should the Plea hearing not take place, this conference will proceed as scheduled and the Court will be disinclined to grant a written adjournment. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Mark W.
