Defendant is given leave to file its Second Amended Answer, Affirmative Defenses, and Counterclaims, as attached to its motion as Exhibit 1, Dkt. 39-1, and is directed to do so by August 25, 2026. Plaintiff's deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Counterclaims is September 14, 2026. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(B).
