   PAPERLESS ORDER Striking Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Serve Discovery Responses (the "Motion"), ECF No. 39 . Defendant is reminded to comply with the undersigned's Discovery Procedures, available at www.flsd.uscourts.gov/content/judge-yeney-hernandez. The Discovery Procedures direct that "[a]ll discovery motions filed without leave will be stricken," with only limited exceptions. See Discovery Procedures at 2. Additionally, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 29(b) allows the parties to stipulate that "other procedures governing&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbsp.&nbspdiscovery be modified" unless doing so would interfere with the deadline for the completion of discovery generally. Fed. R. Civ. P. 29(b). The current deadline for the completion of discovery is February 13, 2027, and is not implicated in the requested extension. ECF No. 27 at 2. The Motion is unopposed, and thus it appears to the undersigned that the parties have stipulated to an extension as allowed by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 29(b). See ECF No. 39 at 2. Therefore, the Motion is STRICKEN as improper. This Court cautions Defendant that future motions for extension of time filed after the close of business on the day of a deadline will likely be denied.
