In accordance with the attached Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties' 15 Joint Motion to Transfer and For an Extension of Time to Respond to The Complaint and Memorandum in Support Thereof, is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The motion is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall TRANSFER this matter to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on or before October 11, 2026. It is further ORDERED that this Court will not determine when the defendant's answer or response to the plaintiffs' Complaint shall be due, but this Court will instead leave that determination to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
