ORDER Relator's Motion to Compel Discovery (Doc. 101 ) is granted. Defendant must produce responsive documents and provide responsive answers to Relator's discovery requests, in accordance with this Order, on a rolling basis, to be completed no later than sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. Defendant's objections to Relator's First and Second Requests for Production and Interrogatories are overruled, consistent with this Order's reasoning and explanations. In accordance with the Court's order staying deadlines in this case while the Motion to Compel was pending, (see Doc. 109 ), an Amended Scheduling Order will issue separately.
