Minute Order Granting Joint Motion to Continue Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") and Case Management Conference ("CMC"). ECF No. 6 ("Joint Motion"). Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to continue the ENE, currently set for June 24, 2026, due to a scheduling conflict by Plaintiff. ECF No. 6 . Good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion and RESETS the ENE and Case Management Conference to July 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres. The parties shall lodge their confidential ENE statements by e-mail to the Court at efile_torres@casduscourts.gov and file a Joint Discovery Plan on CM/ECF no later than July 2, 2026. The Court will provide video conference information two business days prior to the ENE/CMC.
