Defendant shall file its renewed motion for partial summary judgment on or before August 7, 2026, whereafter the parties shall proceed with the briefing schedule afforded by the Local Rules. To be clear, the purpose of this order is to bring the parties into compliance with the Local Rules and for the resultant judicial efficiency in resolving the motions; the parties shall not raise arguments not previously asserted in their papers at ECF No. 76 and 101.
