TEXT ORDER: The parties filed joint status report (DN 103 ) indicating they have reached a settlement in this case and anticipate filing a proposed agreed order lifting the restraining order (DN 10 ) for the purpose of filing a minor-settlement petition in the concurrent Minnesota litigation. The Court therefore orders the parties to file any agreed order, or another joint status report, by 8/15/26. The Court further denies without prejudice as moot the motions in limine (DN 98 , 99 ).
