Plaintiff's June 19, 2026 motion seeking various forms of relief is DENIED AS MOOT. In addition, Plaintiff's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs, filed January 21, 2026, and Plaintiff's Application for Permission to Participate in Electronic Filing (E-File) (Pro Se Non-Prisoner), also filed January 21, 2026, are DENIED AS MOOT.
   
   The Clerks Office is DIRECTED to enter final judgment and close this case on August 14, 2026.
